This handmade solid brass hand held shower spray is a fantastic and stylish design
All parts are solid brass. The item uses a brass 1/2” thread at the base to enable it to be attached to standard shower hose connections.
The item is finished with a clear acrylic sealer that will help to keep the brass shiny for longer or it can be supplied just polished with no sealer if required.
The item is supplied with a brass wall holder.
A high quality brass coloured metal shower hose can be added to the order by selecting the Spray +Hose option on the order form

Our policy lasts 14 days after you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you received you purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or packed safely to avoid any damage. You have to notify us within 14 days after you received your purchase that you want to return the purchase. You then have 14 days to return the purchase. We then have a further 14 days to process the refund (if applicable)
Faulty Items
If something is faulty or damaged we can usually repair or replace the item for free. You may send back a damaged or faulty item for a refund, replacement or repair. You must notify us of this within 30 days.
Custom Orders / Bespoke Items / Made To Order Items
Unfortunately custom orders, bespoke items or made to order items can't be returned. In some cases we can offer a gift card / exchange or if an item is damaged we can repair or replace it as new.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bowstreet Interiors, Hillside Cottage, High Street, Curry Rivel, TA100EY.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to cover the cost of item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
